Coach Arica

Coach Africa is a consultancy that supports people, organizational development and systems strengthening in both service and production sectors across Africa. We focus on facilitating people-centered system linkages, processes and services.

We are a coalition of senior consultants, each with over 20 years of experience in various people and organisational development fields across more than 30 countries. Our consultants typically cover a wider scope than the listed deliverables, applying their experience working with multiple stakeholders in the development world, civil society, the corporate service and human resources sector and government.

We were the very first consulting firm to provide coaching and mentoring solutions at a professional level in Uganda. Coach Africa has developed most of the tools and models currently in use around the region, and has trained at least 30% of the coaches in Uganda.

Coach Africa (CA) has over the years transitioned into a coalition of experts and senior consultants with a combined experience of over 25 years in consultancy in various people and organizational development and leadership; hence developing into a one-stop-center for people and organizational development solutions. We offer both short and long term solutions in Governance and leadership development; Project planning and management; Human resource planning and development, and Quality management, organizational strengthening and institutional development (OSID), Customer Relationship Management

The uniqueness in our delivery is our espousal of the David Marquet “leader-leader” model of management as opposed to the leader-follower model so common in many African organizations.
